Do we need effort from internal IT?
If we keep integration at a minimal level (monthly purchase order and invoice), you do not need IT effort to help us. Vilna Gaon provides an end-to-end solution, including Data Consumer Analytics integration, a front store per Brand/Project/Language, secured payment gateway and logistics operations. The only thing we request is the list of products you want to sell. We deal with the rest.
Do you own your own Logistic Warehouse?
No, we do not operate warehouse ourselves but we have partnership all over Europe and North America to be able to reach all customers within 2 days.
Can you invoice our customers on our behalf?
Depending on the legal configuration, we are able to invoice your end customer when they order goods on our website. Once the goods have been shipped, we purchase it from the local distributor or directly from the Brand itself.
How do you get paid?
We keep an agreed Sales commission on transactions made over our website or the marketplace we run for you.
What’s your return policy?
Return any of our products–no questions asked–within 30 days of purchase. We even pay return shipping.
Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.
